Your name, email address, optional phone number and project information you share when making an inquiry.

Your inquiry is stored so it can be handled and emailed to the controller. An automatic receipt confirmation is sent to the email address you provide. Your phone number is optional.

Purpose and legal basis

I use your information to handle your inquiry and follow-up communication. The legal basis is taking steps towards entering into a contract at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Retention

I retain your information for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and related communication. If a contractual relationship is established, statutory retention requirements may also apply to related documents.

Service providers

Lovable Cloud provides inquiry storage and website hosting. Email communication uses Google's Gmail service. These providers may process information to the extent necessary to operate these services.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
